* Special Notice (SN) DARPA-SN-18-42: Starting the Countdown - DARPA Launch Challenge Competitors Day

* Description:
  The goal of the DARPA Launch Challenge is to incentivize the emerging industry of small launch providers who will be able to launch payloads to low earth orbit (LEO) to also demonstrate capabilities that are both flexible (launch from anywhere) and responsive (launch at any time). The DARPA Launch Challenge seeks to demonstrate new and groundbreaking capabilities to address emerging Department of Defense needs. DARPA envisions the culmination of the DARPA Launch Challenge will be two separate launch competitions within weeks of each other at different locations in the United States.
* PLEASE NOTE: Registration for physical participation will close on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 12:00PM PDT or when venue capacity is reached and webinar participation will close on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 12:00PM PDT or when webinar capacity is reached.
