Request for Information related to DARPA's RF Machine Learning Systems (RFMLS) Program
Office: Microsystems Technology Office (MTO)
PM: Mr. Paul Tilghman
Response Due Date: 1 June 2018 at 4PM (Eastern Time)
Description: DARPA's RFMLS (RF Machine Learning Systems) Program is developing the foundations for applying modern data-driven machine learning to the RF spectrum domain. The RFMLS Program uses commercially relevant focus problems to guide development of a core set of foundational unclassified algorithms. This RFI seeks information on how those algorithms might be applied to improve the performance and capabilities of existing DoD systems and processes. Concepts for development of entirely new RF systems are not of interest.

BAA: Biological Technologies
Office: Biological Technologies Office (BTO)
Response Due Date: Rolling basis through 25 April 2019
Description: This announcement seeks revolutionary research ideas for topics not being addressed by ongoing BTO programs or other published solicitations. The mission of BTO is to foster, demonstrate, and transition breakthrough fundamental research, discoveries, and applications that integrate biology, engineering, computer science, mathematics, and the physical sciences. BTO's investment portfolio goes far beyond life sciences applications in medicine to include areas of research such as human-machine interfaces, microbes as production platforms, and deep exploration of the impact of evolving ecologies and environments on U.S. readiness and capabilities. BTO responds to the urgent and long-term needs of the Department of Defense (DoD) and addresses national security priorities. Proposal Abstracts and Full Proposals will be submitted on a rolling basis until April 25, 2019, 4:00 pm ET. Multiple awards are anticipated.
