* Description:

DARPA's Signal Processing at RF (SPAR) program is creating component technologies and radio architectures to demonstrate single-frequency, single-antenna, simultaneous transmit and receive (STAR) capabilities. SPAR components under development are demonstrating performance capabilities in excess of final program metrics. Improved performance, especially with respect to wider operational bandwidth, may lead to DoD-relevant operational scenarios beyond the STAR application envisioned in the program outset. This RFI seeks to solicit such scenarios enabled by the current and projected SPAR component performance by the end of the program. A compelling field demonstration of a SPAR-enabled application is expected in Phase 3 of the SPAR program.
